A product with defects you have the right of your choice:

return the purchased product without payment;

require replacement of the purchased product with the same product;

require replacement of the purchased product with another model with recalculation of the price;

demand a reduction in the value of the goods or the gratuitous elimination of its shortcomings.
You have the right to make the above requirements, having discovered the defects of the product both during its delivery and during the warranty period or the expiration date of the product. If such terms are not specified, then within a reasonable time (but not more than two years from the date of delivery of the goods to you).
If defects are found in a technically complex product, such as household appliances or a computer, the store is obliged to exchange this product for a similar one or refund the money within 15 days from the date of delivery of the goods of inadequate quality to you.
If this period has passed, technically complex goods can be exchanged or returned only in the following cases:

the product has a significant drawback;

the seller violated the statutory deadlines for the elimination of deficiencies;

due to the need to eliminate defects, the product cannot be used together for more than thirty days during the warranty period.
